I'm an Associate
Professor of Philosophy at Rutgers University. From 2008-2012 I'll also be a Visiting Fellow at the Arché research centre at the University of St Andrews.
My dissertation (Monash, 1998) was on formal models for reasoning under uncertainty. Since then I've worked on probability, conditionals, vagueness, metaphysics, epistemology, political philosophy, aesthetics, applied ethics and history of 20th century philosophy.
I am currently editor of Philosophy Compass.
